Retired Partner and Founder
Greg Van Slyke is a Lake Street Advisors Retired Partner and Founder. During Greg’s eighteen year career at Lake Street, he advised families and managed the internal teams and external professionals who support them.
Greg earned BS and MS degrees in mathematics from the State University of New York in chilly Potsdam. That education led to a first career as an actuary at Aetna and Mutual of New York, after which he sought to apply the skills he had developed to the personal finance profession. In 2003, he and Bob Goyette co-founded Lake Street Advisors to be a source of independent and comprehensive advice and service for families.
Greg and his wife Rose can usually be found in Boston or at Lake Winnipesaukee, or off traveling with kids, family, or friends.
